What to expect when ordering creative services from Smart Ad Crea.
Service scope and enquiries
Smart Ad Crea creates brand and product visuals, image ads, and video ads. Selecting a package sends an enquiry; it does not process a payment or activate a subscription.
One image creative is one concept in one agreed size. One video creative is one concept up to 30 seconds in one agreed format.
First drafts are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of the complete brief. Monthly packages are delivered in agreed weekly batches.
Two revision rounds per creative are included within the original brief. Corrections to our own errors do not use a revision round. New concepts, extra sizes, or work outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
A 7-day extension is available for remaining monthly work when client feedback or assets arrive late. Studio-caused delays will not reduce your entitlement.
Client assets and instructions
Supply materials you own or have permission to use, and provide accurate information about your offer. Review and approve campaign claims and final creatives before publication.
Tell us about any restrictions on project materials before sharing them. We may use third-party production services to process supplied materials and create deliverables.
Prices and payment arrangements
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are arranged directly; this website does not process payments.
Prices are in USD. Full payment is required before work begins on monthly packages and one-off orders. Any applicable taxes and payment charges are confirmed in the invoice before payment.
Monthly packages renew manually. There are no automatic renewal charges; you choose whether to purchase the next month.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Final deliverables are supplied in agreed PNG, JPG, or MP4 formats. Editable source files are separately quoted.
After full payment, you receive commercial usage rights in the final deliverables, subject to any identified third-party licensing restrictions. This does not transfer ownership of third-party materials or promise exclusive rights in every element.
We obtain permission before displaying client work in our portfolio and do not publish confidential or unreleased campaigns.
Sales and campaign performance
Creative work is intended to communicate an offer and support marketing goals. Sales depend on the offer, audience, campaign strategy, budget, and other factors. No particular sales uplift or campaign outcome is guaranteed.

Cancellations and customer rights
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the unused portion is refundable based on completed work and the allocation agreed in your quote. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days through the original payment method; payment-provider processing may take longer.
Contact us to resolve any concerns about the agreed work. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
