Enquiry processing and email delivery
The website validates submissions and sends enquiry details by email to [email protected]. The notification also includes the submission time and IP address. The form endpoints do not write submissions to an application database; email and hosting providers may retain messages or operational records.
Spam protection
The enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect automated submissions. The server sends the verification token and visitor IP address to Google when verifying a submission. Verification results are used to decide whether the enquiry can be sent.
Website analytics
Google Analytics loads automatically when pages are visited. This site currently has no analytics consent banner or on-site preference control. Google services may receive information about the page visit and browser or connection; see the Google resources linked below for details.

Retention
Our policy is to delete unsuccessful enquiries after six months. Client project records and invoices are retained as needed to deliver services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
