What ad creative design services does Smart Ad Crea offer?
We create brand and product visuals, ad creatives, and short-form video ads for modern brands, including apps, services, and consumer products.
One video creative means one concept up to 30 seconds, in one agreed format.
How much do monthly ad creative packages cost?
Starter is $199/month for 4 video ads and 8 image ads (12 creatives). Growth is $299/month for 8 video ads and 16 image ads (24 creatives). Scale is $499/month for 12 video ads and 24 image ads (36 creatives).
Choosing a package sends an enquiry. The website does not take payment or automatically start a subscription.
Can I order a single image ad or video ad?
Yes. One-off options are $49 for a video ad creative and $19 for an image ad creative. Use the request buttons in the pricing section to discuss your project.
What is included in the free preview?
The free preview is one watermarked image sample per brand for evaluation only. It does not include source files or commercial usage rights unless separately agreed.
How do I start a project?
Choose a package or send an enquiry through the contact form. Tell us about your brand, offer, audience, and goals. We will follow up about the next steps and the assets needed.
Which assets should I prepare?
Useful starting materials include your logo, product photos, app screenshots, brand guidelines, campaign details, and visual references. Share what you have so we can discuss the creative direction.
How long does ad creative delivery take, and are revisions included?
First drafts are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of the complete brief.
Two revision rounds per creative are included within the original brief. Corrections to our own errors do not use a revision round. New concepts, extra sizes, or work outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
Monthly package delivery is organized in agreed weekly batches. The final schedule and approval stages are confirmed in your project brief.
How do payment, cancellations, and refunds work?
Prices are in USD. Full payment is required before work begins on monthly packages and one-off orders. Any applicable taxes and payment charges are confirmed in the invoice before payment.
Monthly packages renew manually. There are no automatic renewal charges; you choose whether to purchase the next month.
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the unused portion is refundable based on completed work and the allocation agreed in your quote. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days through the original payment method; payment-provider processing may take longer.
A 7-day extension is available for remaining monthly work when client feedback or assets arrive late. Studio-caused delays will not reduce your entitlement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are arranged directly; this website does not process payments.
Will your creatives increase my sales?
Our ad creatives are designed to showcase your offer, attract potential customers, and support sales growth. Results depend on your offer, audience, campaign strategy, and budget. We do not promise a particular sales increase or guarantee campaign results.
