Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for our creative services.
Before committing to a project
Prices are in USD. Full payment is required before work begins on monthly packages and one-off orders. Any applicable taxes and payment charges are confirmed in the invoice before payment.
The quote identifies the scope and the allocation used to value completed work if a project is cancelled. Contact us to clarify these details before payment.
Cancelling a request or project
Send your cancellation request to [email protected] with your name and project or package details. We will confirm the status of the work and the refundable portion.
Refund eligibility and processing
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the unused portion is refundable based on completed work and the allocation agreed in your quote. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days through the original payment method; payment-provider processing may take longer.
For USDT payments, the refund amount and return payment details are confirmed directly before the refund is sent.
These arrangements do not limit mandatory customer rights under applicable law.
Monthly packages and renewals
Monthly packages renew manually. There are no automatic renewal charges; you choose whether to purchase the next month.
If you cancel a paid monthly package, any unused portion is handled under the refund rules above.
A 7-day extension is available for remaining monthly work when client feedback or assets arrive late. Studio-caused delays will not reduce your entitlement.
Revisions and free previews
Two revision rounds per creative are included within the original brief. Corrections to our own errors do not use a revision round. New concepts, extra sizes, or work outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
The free preview is one watermarked image sample per brand for evaluation only. It does not include source files or commercial usage rights unless separately agreed.
